Events that led to its establishment- while the application for starting a School in Noida was submitted , the Chief Executive Officer Noida requested the sisters to open a Primary School in Sector 17, BHEL Colony for the Children of their 4th   Class  employees. As per the agreement for BHEL authorities and Assisi Convent Educational Society .3 flats for running the school and 2 flats for the residence of the sisters were handed over to the sisters. Thus Assisi Convent (BHEL) came into existence on 11th April 1988 in Sector 17. BHEL Colony. Mean while BHEL authorities completed the construction of the School building and thus Assisi Convent Primary School started with 170 students on the roll. At present it has a strength of 800 students on the roll.
