Achalpur village is at Mirachi in Etah district, U.P. This village is thickly populated with harijans and other sects of Hindus along with 50 families of CNI Christians. The Pastoral services were not satisfactory for th...em and they were yearning to become Catholics. By God’s special intervention Archbishop Vincent Concessao requested us to open a Convent. It was inaugrated and blessed in the name of Lourde Matha Convent on 2 July 2000. The Archdiocese of Agra started a school at Achalpur in the year 2016 and sistes started teaching in the school. In the same year the sisters also shifted to the newly build Convent adjacent to the school
