St. Francis Convent

It is a first house opened by F.C.C San Damiano Province in Rajkot Diocese. It was the result of the invitation extended to us by Bp. Jonas Thaliath to open a house to collaborate with the Fathers in the Apostolate of Ed...ucation. The first group of sisters who reached here under Sr. Hortensia stayed in a rented building. By 1985 a Convent was constructed and was ready for the sisters to stay. The blessing of the house took place on 27th October 1985.
